Additional information:
- Price includes base fee and 2024 pitch fee plus two full 47kg calor gas bottles. In 2024, additional costs will be insurance, Wifi, gas refills and electricity.
2025 annual pitch fees for 9 month season are due by 31st January 2025 (approx £2000). - Studfold’s 9-month season runs from March to the end of November.
- Additional annual costs include: insurance, three yearly electric test and an annual gas test.
- No subletting
- Commission paid to park owner on any future transactions for the sale of the second-hand caravan or purchase of a new caravan, or renewal of an existing van
- Age restrictions: there are no age restrictions on the length of time a van can remain on the park as long as the pitch and caravan are well maintained
- On purchasing a static caravan at Studfold you will need to sign a licence agreement for that caravan and agree to park rules.
