In addition:

- There are no footpaths across adjoining fields - please respect the farmer's property and keep to recognised footpaths only.
- It is always advisable to wash your hands carefully in warm, running soapy water when you have been in the countryside and on local farmland.
Loss/damage:
Studfold are not responsible for any loss or damage to your property by theft or otherwise or for personal injury. This does not however affect your rights if loss or damage or personal injury occurred through fault on our part.
Bookings:
A booking is secured by booking online and paying the deposit/full payment (50% deposit, or full payment if booking within 14 days of arrival, for pitches. 100% for glamping pods). If this is not possible please make an enquiry by phone. A booking should only be made when the Terms and Conditions have been read and agreed with.
Group booking enquiries:
From 2021 we are not accepting any new group bookings. The maximum number of pitches/glamping pods that can be booked together is two. This includes individual bookings that intend to be together upon arrival. Groups that have visited Studfold previously, without issue, are welcome to return but must make initial contact via phone or email.
Cancellation policy:
If your booking is cancelled more than 30 days before your arrival date, we will make a full refund of any monies paid. We will refund 50% of any payment made if you cancel your booking between 30 days and 14 days before your arrival date. No refund will be issued if your booking is cancelled less than 14 days before your arrival date.
We recommend that you take out your own holiday cancellation insurance. This is relatively inexpensive and will enable you to claim back a large proportion of the cost of your holiday, providing you have a legitimate reason for cancelling (refer to the insurance companies’ terms and conditions).
We will refund or move, if dates are available, a booking that has to be cancelled by ourselves.
Data Protection:
The information taken at time of booking is required to be collected for the purposes of processing your reservation with us. We may process your data to keep you informed of our activities and to keep you updated with news, offers and other information that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information for the marketing purposes described in this paragraph, please let us know. We may also disclose your data to CampStead Ltd who may contact you, inviting you to complete a questionnaire and review regarding your stay at our park.
