The well-equipped kitchen has an integrated oven, gas hob and full-height fridge freezer. There is also a lovely dining area, large double bedroom with ensuite, a twin bedroom and family shower room. The Ardennes is sure to impress with its spacious living area and well-designed interior. And it doesn’t stop there! Externally there is the option to purchase a small front and larger side balcony too.

- Price includes base fee and 2025 pitch fee plus two full 47kg calor gas bottles. In 2025, additional costs will be insurance, rates, Wifi, gas refills and electricity.
2026 annual pitch fees for 9 month season are due by 31st January 2026 (approx £2000). - Studfold’s 9-month season runs from March to the end of November.
- Additional annual costs include: insurance, three yearly electric test and an annual gas test.
- No subletting
- Commission paid to park owner on any future transactions for the sale of the second-hand caravan or purchase of a new caravan, or renewal of an existing van
- Age restrictions: there are no age restrictions on the length of time a van can remain on the park as long as the pitch and caravan are well maintained
- On purchasing a static caravan at Studfold you will need to sign a licence agreement for that caravan and agree to park rules.
