Availability at Studfold is limited, as many holidaymakers return year after year, but we keep listings of available pitches, and caravans for sale up to date.

Depending on your budget, there are also opportunities to buy a new or second-hand caravan to bring to the park. With second-hand vans, there is no restriction to how long they can be kept at the park, as long as they are kept in good condition, and are green in colour.

Purchasing a new caravan

Purchasing a new caravan through Studfold is a simple, stress-free way to start enjoying holidays with your family. You can choose your preferred specification and have your caravan delivered and ready to move into. Prices typically range from £29,000 to £40,000, including transport, siting, park commission and base fees (site, electricity and gas excluded).

Purchasing a second-hand van

If you would like to purchase a second-hand caravan to bring to Studfold park, it must be green in colour and 10 years old or younger. Please be aware that the cost of placing a van at Studfold, as with any other caravan park, is over and above the initial cost of the caravan, and consists of costs to transport the caravan, siting of the caravan by a trained professional siter with risk assessments, and £600 base fee and commission to be paid to the site owner.
