We have 60 static pitches, each having a sewage, electricity and treated water connection point; and five seasonal pitches with electricity and treated water connection points. Our static season runs from 1st March to 30th November, and owners pay a very competitive annual pitch fee (which includes rates) and for the electricity they use. We ask that caravans placed at Studfold are green in colour, less than 10 years old and are well looked after. But once here, owner’s caravans can stay indefinitely if they are well maintained and remain in good condition.
