The Knaresborough Tractor Run

A charity event raising funds for Yorkshire Air Ambulance. The meeting point is Pateley Bridge Show Ground.

29th March 2024
Open day at Middleham racing stables

This busy racing centre at Middleham has been home to racehorses in training for more than 200 years. There have been 400-plus winners trained here each year for the past 38 years. Take a flask and watch the gallops!

Harrogate Spring Flower Show

Based at the Great Yorkshire Showground.

The biggest and best agricultural show in Britain.

Yorkshire Dales Food and Drink Festival

Celebrates the very best food and drink from the region, with tasting session, workshops and masterclasses by The Hairy Bikers and James Martin.

20th – 21st July 2024
Masham Traction Engine Rally

This event is a great experience for all the family. There’s such a lot to see and do at what will be the 55th rally.

10th – 18th August 2024
Kettlewell Scarecrow Festival

Always a favourite with families. Follow the scarecrow trail. Refreshments available.

Kilnsey Show

One of the best local agricultural shows.

Harrogate Autumn Flower Show

Once again the venue will be Newby Hall.

Grassington 1940s Weekend

A fun weekend with lots of activities, live displays, re-enactments, live music and dancing.

Nidderdale Show, Pateley Bridge

Well worth a visit - our local show at Pateley Bridge. A great Yorkshire Dales experience, and the last small agricultural show of the year.

Masham Sheep Fair

A great traditional event. If you like sheep, and Dales characters, you’ll experience it all here! It’s well worth a visit.
