This central pitch (marked as 45 on the map below) has wonderful views of the Nidderdale countryside. It is available to site a brand new or second hand caravan (max. 10 years old and green), with a base that will fit a 30ft x 12ft caravan.

2024 Swift Loire
Bright, fun and functional, the Swift Loire boasts a modern nautical-inspired interior. Blending natural rustics with modern luxury for a more premium aspect, the holiday home provides an airy, relaxed space – perfect for any family. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa (providing two extra beds) and a wide bay window (to make the most of Studfold’s stunning views). The well-equipped kitchen has an integrated oven, gas hob, microwave and full-height fridge freezer. There is also a lovely dining area, large double bedroom, a twin bedroom and family shower room.

2024 Europa Cypress
The Cypress 12 offers many of the features you find at home – at a fraction of the price you might expect to pay! With its spacious rooms and contemporary furniture, it’s a popular choice. The comfortable lounge seating and fixed dinette as standard offer ample space for families to get together. A beautiful and well-equipped domestic style kitchen has plenty of storage and worktop space, a position for a microwave oven and the option of a built-in fridge-freezer. It has two spacious bedrooms (double and twin), a large family shower room and generous storage throughout, maiking the Cypress a real home from home.

What you need to know:
- The new or secondhand caravan must be purchased and sited by a known approved dealer.
- Additional costs will be commission on the value of the caravan to park owner. Base fee of £600 (includes VAT). Pro rata pitch fee on entry to park, rates, insurance, wifi, gas refills, electricity usage and annual gas test and 3 yearly electrical test.
- Studfold’s 9-month season runs from March to the end of November. Annual pitch fees for the season are due by 31st January (approx. £2000).
- No subletting
- Commission paid to park owner on any future transactions for the sale of the second-hand caravan or purchase of a new caravan, or renewal of an existing van
- Age restrictions: there are no age restrictions on the length of time a van can remain on the park as long as the the owner adheres to park rules and the pitch and caravan are well maintained.
- On purchasing a static caravan at Studfold you will need to sign a licence agreement for that caravan and agree to park rules.
