Inside, there’s a bright kitchen/living area with a stylish U-shaped kitchen fitted with all built-in appliances including an oven/grill, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and a stainless-steel sink and drainer. The dining table and chairs are separate, offering flexible living space. The caravan also features a modern shower room with toilet and basin and runs on bottled gas. The selling price is £22,000. This includes the sited caravan, transfer fee at 15% and base fee (all VAT included). The annual 9 month pitch fees would be on top of this price at approx £2,000. Rates are payable in September/October and are usually approx £150.

- Age restrictions: there are no age restrictions on the length of time a van can remain on the park as long as the pitch and caravan are well maintain
- On purchasing a static caravan at Studfold you will need to sign a licence agreement for that caravan and agree to park rules.
