Pitch Fees
Enjoy great value Yorkshire Dales camping, caravanning and glamping at Studfold, with spacious pitches, excellent facilities, and reasonable fees throughout the season, including discounted rates for cyclists and backpackers, supporting our environmentally conscious approach.
The 2026 season runs from 2 April to 22 September, with high demand in peak times, so early booking is recommended. Quieter midweek stays outside school holidays offer a more peaceful Yorkshire Dales escape, with occasional special offers available.
Studfold now features fewer, larger pitches for added comfort, so guests should check the site plan when booking to choose their preferred area. A 50% deposit secures your pitch, with the balance due 14 days before arrival, while glamping pod bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
Please note: Due to our location, there is only partial EE mobile reception and no aerial-based TV reception at Studfold, however WiFi vouchers can be purchased from Reception.

Group bookings
Group bookings are not allowed. The maximum booking is two pitches, including separate bookings intending to stay together. If you’ve previously stayed as a group and wish to return, please contact us by phone or email before booking.
Minimum bookings
A minimum stay of three nights applies for bank holiday weekends and two nights for high/peak weekends. There is no minimum booking period when staying between Sunday and Thursday night.
Pod occupancy
Each pod sleeps up to four people (two adults and two children) or a maximum of three adults. A minimum two-night stay applies. Arrival is from 2pm, and departure is by 11am, with later check-out available on request.
Dog-friendly pod (Pod 2)
Pod 2 is dog-friendly for one dog only. Dogs must be supervised at all times, kept on a lead around the park and Adventure Trail, exercised off site, and any mess cleared up. Please note that Pod 2 does not have bed bases.
