Glamping Pods

Try glamping at one of the best campsites in the Yorkshire Dales!

Our four locally made pods sleep up to four people (two adults and two children, or three adults) and are set at the edge of our scenic touring park. Warm, dry, and fully equipped with lighting, electric sockets, and an all-important kettle, they let you enjoy the fun of an outdoor holiday without the bother of a tent.

Pods 1, 3 and 4

Each pod has two bed bases that can be used as singles or joined as a double, with space for two extra mattresses. Inside, you’ll find a kettle, small table, and fan heater. Outside, there’s space for parking, a picnic bench, a fire pit, and of course, breath-taking views.

Pod 2

Pod 2 is our dog-friendly pod, completewith an outdoor dog kennel and the same facilities as pods 1, 3, and 4, but no bed bases. It sleeps up to four people and one well-behaved dog, which must be supervised, kept on a lead on the park, walked off-site, and cleaned up after.

Bring with you

Bring all your usual camping essentials – mattresses, pillows, sleeping bags, and cooking gear. While the pods have lighting, battery lanterns or torches can be handy. You’re also welcome to bring your own logs for the firepit.

Facilities

All Studfold glampers can use our excellent on-site toilet and shower facilities, including showers, deep sinks, hairdryers, a baby change area, and disabled access. You can also enjoy the undercover camping shelter with BBQ and social area – just bring your own cooking fuel.

Playing field

We have a large, flat field for children to run and play ball games. Kids can also enjoy the beck running alongside the site, perfect for splashing and building dams, with adult supervision required.

Cooking

For safety, no naked flames, barbecues, or cooking equipment are allowed inside the pods or on their balconies. You can use the firepit away from your pod, with your own logs or ones purchased from Reception. If using a barbeque, it must be set up off the grass – we have bricks you can use for this. Glampers are also welcome to bring their gazebo for an undercover area for their cooking equipment. BBQ facilities are also available in the camping shelter near Reception.

The Nidderdale Way Cafe

We have the amazing, and reasonably priced, Nidderdale Way Cafe onsite where you can buy and order breakfast and picnics, as well as enjoy delicious homemade snacks and cakes.

Shop

We have a small shop onsite at Reception that sells sweets, soft drinks, ice-cream, small toys and gifts. There are many shops in the local town of Pateley Bridge nearby, and supermarkets in Ripon and Harrogate. There are also two traditional Yorkshire pubs in walking distance that serve excellent food and good beer.
