Invest in a Yorkshire Dales Holiday Home

Are you looking to invest in a holiday home in the wonderful Yorkshire Dales?

Studfold is a wonderful place to have a holiday home, with its friendly community, beautiful walks, local shops and pubs on the doorstep, and so much to do for all generations. We currently have three pitches available:

Pitch 14 is a beautiful riverside pitch. It is suitable for a brand new green static caravan and has a base that will fit a 28ft x 12ft van. Find out more about Pitch 14.

Pitch 24 is an outer pitch with wonderful views of the Nidderdale countryside. From May 2022 there will be a brand new Willerby Malton Special Edition Caravan sited on the pitch, with space for a balcony, which will be available to purchase. Find out more about Pitch 24.

Pitch 45 is a central pitch with wonderful views of the Nidderdale countryside. It is suitable for a new or second-hand green 30ft x 12ft static caravan. Find out more about Pitch 45.
