Static pitch ready and available
One of our static pitches is now available, ready for you to choose and site your choice of caravan for the 2023 season. This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy your own family holiday home for many years to come.
This central pitch (marked as 45 on the map below) has wonderful views of the Nidderdale countryside. It is available to site a new static caravan, with a base that will fit a 30ft x 12ft caravan. All caravans must be green in colour and be purchased from a caravan dealer known to Studfold.
There is an annual pitch fee of approximately £1500 (ex. VAT) per year, for a nine month season. A new base fee of £600 is also payable to Studfold.
