Just arrived… a delicious selection of Belted Galloway Beef is now available to order, including an amazing beef box!

The range includes steaks, sausages, burgers, mince, stewing and braising steak, ribs and more. We also have an amazing beef box, which is packed with variety of steaks, roasting joints, mince and stewing and braising cuts!

Our Belted Galloway cattle are slowly reared to the highest welfare standards, until they reach natural maturity. They roam freely over our species rich grass pastures full of herbs, creating a deep, rich flavour, unique to Nidderdale. A local abattoir and butcher process and package the meat, ensuring full traceability and minimum food miles.
