Touring Pitches
Our camping and caravan pitches are surrounded by the beautiful scenery of uplifting Nidderdale hill country, near Pateley Bridge, North Yorkshire. Our family, the Walkers, have been running the park for the past 60 years, establishing a quiet, family-orientated atmosphere for holidaymakers, with outstanding facilities.
The park consists of two, easy-access acres of flat grassland with wonderful views. Across these two fields, we have 38 flat, well-drained grass pitches. The majority of the pitches are approximately 14m x 10m in size with plenty of space for touring caravans, tents and motorhomes, and families of all sizes. Electric hook ups are available for all the pitches in the first field, and eight in the second field, for appliances designed for caravanning and camping only.
We have a large flat area for children’s ball games and socialising, adjacent to the pitches, and also access to the beck, which is lovely for children staying on Studfold to splash about and build dams in. But please note that young children will need adult supervision here.
Dogs are welcome at Studfold, but must be kept on a lead at all times and walked off the site, with all mess picked up and disposed of, including when on the footpaths through farmers’ fields.
Pitch fees include use of the thoughtfully designed, sparkling clean facilities of our toilet and shower block, where you can also find deep sinks, hair dryers in the ladies' facilities, disabled facilities and two family rooms/baby change areas.
Please see our touring park facilities for full details of the wonderful provisions and attractions at Studfold.
